The simple rules for using Creator Studio's free creator tools. Plain language, no surprises.
By accessing or using inbio.cc and its tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Creator Studio provides a collection of free, browser-based tools for creators — calculators, generators and image, audio and video utilities. The Service is provided free of charge, and we may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your country) to use the Service, and able to form a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
The images, clips, numbers and text you put into the tools are yours. Because the tools run in your browser, we generally never receive that content. You're solely responsible for what you process and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
The Creator Studio name, logo, site design, copy and underlying code are owned by Creator Studio and protected by applicable laws. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission.
Anything you create with the tools — a resized image, a split carousel, a trimmed clip — is yours to use freely.
The Service may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party providers (such as font and hosting services). We aren't responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Calculator results, rate estimates and benchmarks are provided for guidance only and are not professional, financial or legal advice. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Since the Service is free, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator Studio and its operators from any claims or demands arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms or the rights of any third party.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date below the title. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to the Service — for anyone — if necessary to protect it, comply with the law, or address misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Creator Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
